| The Keg-o-Q was a big success. A big pile of hardwood coals buried in seaweed is the only way to steam seafood. Jan cut a keg in half the night before, and this was its inagural as a lobster steamer. Yes he still has a left hand, it just happens to be cut off in the photo. |
